Leighton Walters JP - Founder and Chief

Leighton is a young professional in the real estate industry for over 4 years and has been working in Management since he was only 16 years of age. Overcoming ongoing personal medical disabilities, he is keen to use his station in life to assist as many people as possible. Leighton is a committed Christian, passionate inspirer of others and an exceptional people person. Whenever there is something needing to be done, Leighton is fair dinkum about achieving it.

Leighton is the son of the international real estate trainer Bob Walters. Using his involvement with his father Leighton provides key opportunities to explore the successful implementation of the “Heart for the Homeless” concept.

Leighton’s interests include boating, motivational speaking, the Bible, coffee, singing and dancing. During his down time, he can be found cooking up a storm in the kitchen or relaxing in front of an episode of Boston Legal.

Leighton has recently been nominated for Australian of the Year 2010, appointed a Justice of the Peace for New South Wales and is studying a Master of Arts with a Leadership Specialisation.
 

Jeremy Law B Biomed Sc., RAN - Member of the Board of Directors

Jeremy has been at university for far too long, studying medicine at the University of Sydney, as a part of the graduate medical scheme of the Royal Australian Navy. Growing up in rural Victoria, Jeremy has seen and experienced many and varied lifestyles. Jeremy is an active team player and relishes seeing people grow personally and professionally around him. Jeremy’s hope is that despite all the negatives in our society, we are heading in a positive direction overall.

Jeremy’s role in Heart for the Homeless is as public officer and media contact as well as supporting the implementation of the vision at a leadership level.

Jeremy enjoys playing the quiz game, ‘Buzz’, eating good food, travelling to interesting places, learning obscure facts, hitting the gym and have recently converted to Macs.
